Can you believe that March will soon be gone. I swear I don’t know where the time goes.
Well I know that Ati has received the ATC that I sent to her so I will now show it here in case you didn’t see it on her blog. The background is wool roving needle felted. I crocheted the flower in free form style.
You may have noticed that I have changed the look of my blog. I am still working on it as some of the things in my side bar do not want to co-operate with me, so don’t be surprised to see it changed the next few times you visit.
Speaking of visiting, once again I just want to say thank you to everyone. I have been in a bit of a funk ever since I got sick and I am still trying to find my creative muse and get back in to creating. Hopefully this won’t last much longer.
A while back when I was on Flickr looking around, I saw an ATC that Ati had made and I just decided I had to have it. It was still available and we agreed to a swap.
This is Ati’s ATC. Isn’t it just beautiful.
She also included these lovely fibers.
I am holding off showing the one I sent her until after she gets it as I just sent it yesterday.I want to thank everyone who has been here and left comments and those of you who visited but didn’t comment. It really means so much. I usually try to email those of you who leave your comments, but here lately I have been lax in that department. I am sorry, but I really, really appreciate each and every one of you.
A couple of weeks or so ago, Andrea held a little give away on her blog. This was right before I came down with the flu. As it so happens I was one of three winners and she emailed me to let me know. Well these came in the mail yesterday.
First off is this little Paris souvenir.
I also received one of Andrea’s very own original Miss Doodle art pieces.
It’s a charming piece and brightened my day. Thank you Andrea.
First off, thank you everyone for the concern and well wishes. I am starting to feel better. Still not doing anything creative as of yet, but hopefully soon.
Now, to thank Rebecca over at Crafting-Ritual for giving me the “You Make My Day” award. I recently discovered her blog and she does some really beautiful beaded jewelry and art dolls. Take a minute to go look at her art. I am supposed to pass this on to 5 more people but there are so many people who deserve this that it is impossible to choose. I feel that everyone whose blog I read “Makes my Day”.
