This one I call Autumn Meadow. I have a terrible time of coming up with titles for my art. It was completely hand needle felted.

This beach scene is based on a Claude Monet piece. It is hand needled felted also. Both pieces measure approximately 5 x 7 inches without the matting.

Really lovely Micki!
Micki these are so beautiful.
Mmm Summer, makes me want to walk right onto that beach.
Oh Micki these are so lovely.
I just love the beach scene.
Your work with the embellisher is some of the best I've seen.
Wonderful art, great!
Oooo, I love that beach scene.
Lovely Micki, especially the view of the beach.
Great work Micki! Both of them are really nice!
Lovely work...
Beautiful! The beach scene is my favourite.
I see you really have been busy with your needlefelting! Beautiful! I have almost forgotten my embellsher this autumn! Maybe next year..........
I like them both... okay, really I'm more partial to the beach scene. I like the blending of the blues.
Thanks for your comments on my blog, so that I could come her and discover your wonderful landscapes. Micky, they are like those beautiful, dreamy painting of the Impressionists. I love the way the felt (and you) render the contours very soft.
I have put your blog on my favourite bloglist now, so that I'll come to see you regularly:) Have a great week

Kim, your needle felted landscapes are delicious! That must take a lot of time when you do it by hand.
These are lovely Micki - can see the Monet influence.
Your work keeps getting better and better. I can't decide which ones I like the best although I think I'm partial to the money inspired one done completely on the Embellisher, the beach scene -- love the blues in the sea and sky and the holes only make it better! I'm mad about the desert scape, but your last one is so interesting with the 3-D effect. Bravo Girl -- you are making some gorgeous art. Landscapes are my favorite thing to do. Whew; you put me to shame.

Awesome work! I've never tried felting but I almost want to try now!
Hi!
I agree with other comments...these pieces are just getting better and better. You truly have an excellent sense of landscape, depth of field, and natural coloring. Thanks for sharing!

Lovely, lovely. I prefer the first because it is more apt to bring back a memory for me, but both are terrific. Of course, unlike many of the other comments, I know nothing about the technical challenges of these. I just like the results!
Love your felted landscapes the colours are beautiful.
These felted pieces are incredibly wonderful! The colors, textures and compositions are really appealing. You have a real calling for this medium.
